Staff Support

Charters staff includes men and women who have owned and operated franchise units and possess expertise in a diverse array of critical aspects of store management, operations, accounting, scheduling, cost control, marketing and catering.

The team shares responsibilities for franchise manual development, prototyping, training, vendor relations and regulatory compliance.

Members also have responsibility for accounting, personnel and general management functions for clients for whom Charter serves as the operator.
